These terms govern your use of the Orbreath app and website. By using Orbreath you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
- Practise seated or lying down. Never practise while driving, operating machinery, standing in water, or in a bath or pool.
- Some techniques include short breath holds. Sit or lie down for every session.
- Stop immediately and breathe normally if you feel dizzy, faint, or unwell. Use the app at your own risk.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to use Orbreath.
Subscriptions & billing
- Orbreath offers a free tier and paid memberships. Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
- The annual plan includes a 14-day free trial, stated at purchase; you can cancel before it ends to avoid a charge. Prices shown in the app reflect current pricing and may change with notice.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, reselling, or attempting to access other users' data or our systems.
Intellectual property
Orbreath, its content, the orb mark, and techniques are owned by us. Your account data is yours.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbreath is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury arising from use of the breathing exercises — please follow the health & safety notice above.
Termination
You can stop using Orbreath and delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
